Join me for an introductory workshop and feel the difference in your body. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to stay active, healthy, and pain-free .

This session uses a soft roller and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls for self-therapy to release tension, reduce aches, pains, inflammation, and improve posture. It aims to enhance athletic performance and overall well-being.
