The mentoring, mindfulness, movement practices, workshops, and MELT treatments provided by Katia at PathCoach are designed for personal growth, self-reflection, and stress management.

• Not a Substitute for Professional Medical/Psychological Care: Our services are coaching and mentoring in nature and do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy. If you are experiencing severe mental health challenges or physical ailments, you are advised to seek care from a licensed medical professional.

• 1-1 Mentoring & Courses: Appointments and class registrations must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 or 48 hours] prior to a scheduled session may be subject to a full or partial fee.

• Retreats: Due to the logistics involved in hosting mindfulness retreats, separate deposit and cancellation policies apply to retreat bookings, which will be provided explicitly during the registration process.

We aim to create a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment for all participants. PathCoach reserves the right to terminate a session or ask a participant to leave a group class or retreat without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

The content displayed on this website—including blog posts, workshop materials, exercises, and website design—is the property of PathCoach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

While we strive to guide you effectively on your journey, your personal growth and well-being ultimately rely on your own choices and participation. PathCoach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the implementation of practices taught during sessions, courses, or retreats.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
