About my journey
Since obtaining my certification as a 500-hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher in 2011, my focus has been on supporting and guiding individuals on their path to wellness. Throughout the years, I have had the honour of assisting numerous clients in releasing emotional and mental barriers, growing, healing, and finding inner peace.
My life was transformed when I discovered the power of Yoga and Meditation. By connecting with my body and understanding its messages, I learned to listen to and respect my own needs. Through understanding and observing my mind, I gained the ability to change my thought patterns and become a better version of myself. Studying the Philosophy of Yoga provided me with the tools to process my emotions, express myself authentically, overcome challenges, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships. As a result, my life has become filled with joy and tranquility.
Life is unpredictable and beyond our control, but with the right tools, we can navigate it with more ease and enjoyment.
Originally from Switzerland, I have lived in South Africa, the UK, and currently reside in Hong Kong with my husband. I am constantly seeking new knowledge (currently learning to play guitar) and have a passion for languages (currently improving my German and Italian). My friends often describe me as easy-going and calm, and someone who enjoys having deep conversations.
