This course is specifically created for people who have never practiced yoga before. We’ve removed all the intimidating elements and kept the life-changing benefits.   • Absolutely, we welcome individuals of all levels. If you have never engaged in yoga or meditation before, this is an excellent chance to give it a try.

  • No Raja Yoga has no religious base. Raja Yoga is the branch of Yoga that teaches about the science of the mind. How it works and what to do to help quieten the thoughts. This course is about developing habits to strengthen your mind so you can find balance and clarity but more importantly, inner peace.

  • Yes, there will be designated downtime between the classes. The schedule includes several opportunities for relaxation and free time.

  • Ideally yes, it is preferable that you attend all 4 days. The course is designed to take you on learning and experimenting journey that gradually moves you through various practices and reflections. However, we are happy to make arrangements depending on the day you are able to attend. Contact us to discuss further.

  • Th course is hosted in English & French. Supporting documents will be in both language.
