How the Day Will Unfold

Our day together is thoughtfully structured to help you step away from the noise, transition into quiet awareness, and leave feeling deeply restored.

  • Morning Movement Practice We will begin our day by gently waking up the body and clearing the mind with a grounding movement session designed to shake off city fatigue and tension.

  • Short Break & Refreshments A brief pause to stretch your legs, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and breathe in the tranquil, green surroundings.

  • Inspirational Talk & Sharing: Cultivating Stillness An interactive and supportive session where we will explore practical, realistic ways to anchor moments of true peace and stillness into our chaotic, busy daily lives.

  • Wholesome Lunch Nourish your body with a healthy lunch while soaking in the peaceful scenery of the beautiful Kadoorie Centre grounds.

  • Self-Reflection & Pause Dedicated quiet time after lunch to unplug. You can use this space to sit with your thoughts, journal, or simply enjoy the rare gift of doing absolutely nothing.

  • Introduction to Fascia Release Learn the fundamentals of fascia release work—a gentle physical practice aimed at melting away deep-seated stress and tension held within the body's connective tissues.

  • Breathwork & Deep Relaxation We will conclude our retreat with a soothing breathwork practice and a deep relaxation session, leaving you entirely grounded, balanced, and ready to return home.

  • Absolutely, we welcome individuals of all levels. If you have never engaged in yoga or meditation before, this is an excellent chance to give it a try. Our classes and workshops are open to everyone.

  • The meals are vegetarian, but rest assured, the portions are not small. We offer flavourful and satisfying food.

  • Yes, there will be designated downtime between the classes. The schedule includes several opportunities for relaxation and free time.
