MINDFUL MEDITATION CLASS

Embarking on a meditation practice doesn't require contorting your body or adhering to specific attire. Mindfulness meditation in daily life provides you with the tools to live a more fulfilled life. Throughout this class, you will learn how to embrace the present moment through breathing exercises, how to cultivate a calm mind and tune into your inner voice, and how to integrate mindful practices into your everyday routine.

MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS WORKSHOP

Our minds have a tendency to incessantly dwell on problems, perpetually ruminate, and continuously obsess. This three-part workshop equips you with the necessary tools to calm your mind and create space for more peace in your life. You will learn the fundamentals of meditation and the secrets to mastering your mind, skills that will benefit you for a lifetime. This workshop is ideal for beginners, individuals who have struggled with meditation in the past, and those looking to reinvigorate their meditation habits.

STRONG MIND YOGA COURSE

Recondition your mind to work harmoniously with you, rather than against you, in this enlightening foundational course. Discover how to master your mind, unveil your true self, and fulfill your life's goals, all while delving into the fundamentals of meditation. In this course, you will learn how to develop confidence, happiness, and fulfillment, while demolishing self-destructive beliefs and disempowering thoughts. Nurturing Your Body

Embracing the Body’s Connection

In today’s fast-paced world, we often find ourselves disconnected from the connection between our body and mind. However, it is essential to prioritise movement and take the time to truly listen to what our bodies have to say. I offer various movement practices, including yoga, deep relaxation, breath work, and myofascial release techniques, which enhance this connection. Through these practices, I provide my students with valuable tools to help them feel good in their bodies.

Whether in-person or online, in private or group settings, my classes are designed to foster the invaluable mind-body connection.

DEEP RELAXATION CLASS

Deep Relaxation is often referred to as Shavasana or Yoga Nidra in a Hatha Yoga class and offered at the end of the class. Students are invited to lie down and let the body relax and assimilate the physical practice. Depending on the style of Yoga class you attend, Deep Relaxation will be between 2 to 10min. Often these shortened relaxation moments leave us with a craving for more. During a Yoga Nidra class you will learn to investigate and understand where and what your body is experiencing. You will be guided to follow the sensations throughout your body. The class comprises short and easy stretching exercises, breathing practice and long deep relaxation. Open to all levels. No yoga experience required.

YOGA FOR ALL

Based on a traditional and classical hatha yoga style (Integral Yoga) my classes incorporate postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation and meditation . The philosophy of Integral Yoga is to “take it easy but not lazy”. Students are encouraged to listen to the body’s natural signals without forcing or straining. Yoga in this tradition is regarded as a slow but effective therapy, working to restore the body to its natural health and vitality. The classes are tailored for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
